Our holistic approach addresses executive strategy, business process, user experience, and it begins with a conversation about your business. We will understand your goals, roadblocks, what you've tried before and what is working now. We will learn about your data and will explain how to turn it into an effective asset for your organization. If we cannot help you, we will let you know at this point.
If we can help you, we will propose an Exploratory Data Analysis.

We will deeply understand
your problem.
We want to understand your problem and give you the confidence that we can solve it.
We start with an Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) for your problem statement. In 6-8 weeks after receiving your data, we produce an design proposal and estimation for solving your problem.
We additionally provide necessary documentation, executive summaries, and slide decks to help you communicate our proposed solution to the rest of your organization.
We provide two updates in the course of your EDA to demonstrate progress and prove feasibility of our solution.
When complete, we will be able to describe to you, with confidence, how we would solve the problem and how long we estimate it would take to do so, and what it will cost.

What to Expect
We will need access to a point-SME (subject matter expert) during the EDA. We often record video conferences so we can refer to the detail.
We ask many questions
We move quite quickly
Typical EDA duration is 4-6 weeks depending on data and SME availability.
Data is critical
We need to understand what is available, its provenance and accuracy.
EDA is a kickoff + two scheduled meetings
We typically have 2-3 conversations with your designated SME during this time period as well.
Precision is paramount
For example, we need raw data rather than summary statistics.
We can design and deliver everything from the machine learning/AI models to the user interface and/or work with your internal teams to integrate with your tooling.
