Initial Engagement Conversation
Our holistic approach addresses executive strategy, business process, user experience, and it begins with a conversation about your business. We will understand your goals, roadblocks, what you've tried before and what is working now. We will learn about your data and will explain how to turn it into an effective asset for your organization. If we cannot help you, we will let you know at this point. If we can help you, we will propose an Exploratory Data Analysis.

EDA
We start with an Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) for your problem statement. In 6-8 weeks after receiving your data, we produce a design proposal and estimation for solving your problem.
We additionally provide necessary documentation, executive summaries, and slide decks to help you communicate our proposed solution to the rest of your organization.
When complete, we will be able to describe to you, with confidence, how we would solve the problem and how long we estimate it would take to do so, and what it will cost.

First Project
Using what we learned from the EDA, we will build and train a custom solution for your unique problem set. The time involved depends on the scope of the solution.
Generally, our clients are pleasantly surprised at the speed of delivery. We work with project shareholders of every level in your organization from the people who are presently piecing together the approach to the executive team.
We provide weekly video updates to easily share progress within your organization. When complete, you will have a functioning tool to implement within your operations. Yes, we help with that too.
